Why high peak tents suit weddings

High peak tents have no center pole and a 17 ft peak, so your sightlines stay clear for toasts and speeches and photos look clean. Add tent lights for a warm evening glow and sidewalls/) with windows for cooler nights.

Choosing a size for your guest count

Approximate, based on common industry planning guidance (about 10-12 sq ft per seated guest, 6-8 sq ft standing). A buffet or DJ table uses part of that space.

For a seated dinner with a head table and buffet, plan on the low end of the seated range. A 20x40 comfortably fits a dinner for roughly 60-70 guests, plus a small buffet line.

What's included

• Delivery within 10 miles of Doylestown, setup on grass, and teardown are included in the tent price. Chester County delivery is a flat $49. For other addresses, contact us about delivery.

• 20x20, 20x30 and 20x40 high peak tents have no center pole and stand 17 ft at the peak.

Space needed: plan for the tent size plus 5 ft on every side for anchoring outside the canopy.

What we don't do

Linens: we offer linens through a partner. They're the best value for larger events, so contact us for linen options and pricing.

Heaters: for spring or fall evenings, contact us about tent heater availability.

We're a rental company, not a full-service planner. We work well alongside your caterer and planner. Tell us their arrival times and we'll plan around them.

FAQ

Can you set up the day before? Our tents have 2-day pricing ($675 for the 20x20) so the tent can go up early. We'll confirm delivery and pickup times with you after you book.

Do I need to call 811? Yes. Before any tent goes up on grass, call PA One Call (811) at least 3 business days before your event so public utility lines get marked. Private lines (sprinklers, invisible dog fences, septic, gas lines to a grill or pool heater) aren't marked by 811, so tell us where they are.

What if it rains or gets windy? A tent keeps your guests dry in ordinary rain, and sidewalls help with blowing rain. Safety always comes first in severe weather. See our rain and weather policy for cancellations and refunds.

Can you set up on a driveway or patio? Grass setup is included. Additional charges may apply for pavement/driveway setup. Please contact us before booking.
