Tents we rent

All three of our large tents are high peak frame-style tents with no center pole and a 17 ft peak:

• 20x20, $450/day: backyard birthdays, showers, small graduation parties
• 20x30, $625/day: mid-size graduation and family reunions
• 20x40, $780/day: larger parties, block parties, rehearsal dinners, corporate picnics

Need simple shade for a yard sale, sports sideline or small party? The 10' x 10' pop-up tent is $100.

How many guests fit?

Approximate, based on common industry planning guidance (about 10-12 sq ft per seated guest, 6-8 sq ft standing). A buffet or DJ table uses part of that space.

What's included

• Delivery within 10 miles of Doylestown, setup on grass, and teardown are included in the tent price. Chester County delivery is a flat $49. For other addresses, contact us about delivery.
• Additional charges may apply for pavement/driveway setup. Please contact us before booking.
• 20x20, 20x30 and 20x40 high peak tents have no center pole and stand 17 ft at the peak.

Space needed: plan for the tent size plus 5 ft on every side for anchoring outside the canopy.

Many Montgomery County homes in places like Lansdale, Hatfield and Montgomeryville have smaller, fenced lots. Measure the open area of your yard and check that a truck and crew can reach it through a gate or around the side of the house. Tell us about gates, fences or slopes when you book.

FAQ

Which Montgomery County towns do you serve? Ambler, Blue Bell, Harleysville, Hatfield, Horsham, Lansdale, Montgomeryville, North Wales, Souderton and nearby towns. Delivery within 10 miles of Doylestown is included. If you're farther out, contact us about delivery.

Is setup included? Yes. Delivery (within 10 miles), setup on grass and teardown are included in the tent price.

Do I need to call 811? Yes. Before any tent goes up on grass, call PA One Call (811) at least 3 business days before your event so public utility lines get marked. Private lines (sprinklers, invisible dog fences, septic, gas lines to a grill or pool heater) aren't marked by 811, so tell us where they are.

What if it rains or gets windy? A tent keeps your guests dry in ordinary rain, and sidewalls help with blowing rain. Safety always comes first in severe weather. See our rain and weather policy for cancellations and refunds.

Can you set up on a driveway or patio? Grass setup is included. Additional charges may apply for pavement/driveway setup. Please contact us before booking.

How far ahead should I book? Spring and early summer weekends book first. Booking online locks your date right away.
