Planning tips

• Chester County lots are often bigger than lots in Bucks or Montgomery, but they also often have septic systems and wells. Mark septic lines and leach fields for our crew, since 811 does not mark private lines.

Is delivery really a flat $49? Yes. Chester County delivery is a flat $49.

Do I need to call 811? Yes. Before any tent goes up on grass, call PA One Call (811) at least 3 business days before your event so public utility lines get marked. Private lines (sprinklers, invisible dog fences, septic, gas lines to a grill or pool heater) aren't marked by 811, so tell us where they are.

What if it rains or gets windy? A tent keeps your guests dry in ordinary rain, and sidewalls help with blowing rain. Safety always comes first in severe weather. See our rain and weather policy for cancellations and refunds.

Can you set up on a driveway or patio? Grass setup is included. Additional charges may apply for pavement/driveway setup. Please contact us before booking.
