Tent Rentals in Bucks County, PA

Keystone Bounce is based in Doylestown, the county seat, so most of our tent jobs are in Bucks County: graduation parties in Warrington, backyard birthdays in Chalfont, showers in New Hope and Newtown, and fall gatherings in Perkasie and Quakertown. Why a high peak tent?

A high peak tent has no center pole and rises to 17 ft at the top. That gives you clear floor space for tables and a buffet, plus a clean look that photographs well. Every tent in our lineup is a high peak, so you get the upgraded style without paying extra for it.

Tent sizes and approximate capacity

Approximate, based on common industry planning guidance (about 10-12 sq ft per seated guest, 6-8 sq ft standing). A buffet or DJ table uses part of that space.

Not sure which size you need? Count your guests who will sit down at once. If you're between sizes, go one size up so you have room for the food table.

What's included

• Delivery within 10 miles of Doylestown, setup on grass, and teardown are included in the tent price. Chester County delivery is a flat $49. For other addresses, contact us about delivery.
• Additional charges may apply for pavement/driveway setup. Please contact us before booking.
• 20x20, 20x30 and 20x40 high peak tents have no center pole and stand 17 ft at the peak.

Planning tips for Bucks County yards

• Measure first. Each tent needs its own size plus 5 ft on every side: 30x30 for a 20x20, 30x40 for a 20x30, and 30x50 for a 20x40.
• Pick a level spot. A gentle slope is fine, but a flat area keeps tables steady.
• Call 811. It's free, and it's required before staking.

FAQ

How much does a tent rental cost in Bucks County? Our 20x20 high peak is $450 for one day ($675 for two days), the 20x30 is $625 and the 20x40 is $780. Delivery within 10 miles, grass setup and teardown are included.

How long do I keep the tent? One-day pricing covers your event day. Two-day pricing is listed on each tent page if you want it up the day before. We'll confirm delivery and pickup times with you after you book.

Do I need to call 811? Yes. Before any tent goes up on grass, call PA One Call (811) at least 3 business days before your event so public utility lines get marked. Private lines (sprinklers, invisible dog fences, septic, gas lines to a grill or pool heater) aren't marked by 811, so tell us where they are.

What if it rains or gets windy? A tent keeps your guests dry in ordinary rain, and sidewalls help with blowing rain. Safety always comes first in severe weather. See our rain and weather policy for cancellations and refunds.

Can you set up on a driveway or patio? Grass setup is included. Additional charges may apply for pavement/driveway setup. Please contact us before booking.

Do you rent tents without tables and chairs? Yes. Book any tent by itself, then add White Chairs at $2.75 and tables at $12-$15.
